Today we are showing off this fun kitchen set called A Woman's Place. You are going to love the sassy comments included in this set! Not only is it a great set to use on it's own but can also be combined with a variety of other stamp sets including the new set
Domestic Goddess that was released just last month :)
A Woman’s Place is a 4x8 stamp set that includes a total of 34 stamps and will sell for $18.
I have two cards to share with you guys today. The first one is pretty simple but features a nice detailed image in the center. I started by stamping the stove in Versamark before embossing in black, watercolored, cut out and assembled on top of each other with dimensionals. I also did this with a few of the accessory images that are included in this fun kitchen set!
This second card is a WHOLE lot more detailed but was well worth the time in my opinion because I love how it turned out! One of my favorite things about stamping is not necessarily always about making cards to send out to people but I really enjoy creating little works of art as well. This card definitely fits into that category lol!
First, here is a picture of the card front-
And the inside-
Now back to the card front-
What I did was cut open the 'doors' with a craft knife and drew shelves inside and also added bottles and glasses (both included in the set as well!). The little garbage can under the sink was hand drawn and masked before I stamped the tops of the bottles. All of the images were stamped in Versafine black and watercolored using SU inks and markers. There are a lot of different layers on this card and I just love how 3D it turned out :)
I have also created a TSG Tips & Tricks sheet showing you step by step how I created the kitchen scene!
I am also working on some Tips and Tricks sheets to show you exactly how I added the shelves/drawers to the different kitchen elements so keep an eye out for those!
The next stop on this great hop is my girl Jessie!
